I had a lovely visit to the Grand Hotel, where the lunch experience was delightful, thanks to some fantastic staff. The upgraded room was spacious and had a beautiful view, but some areas of the hotel could use a bit of modernization. The dining options could be improved, especially the lunch menu variety, but overall, I felt it was a good value for a relaxing day.

While the staff were really friendly and dedicated, and I appreciated the lovely terrace for high tea, the overall facilities felt outdated and the dining was a letdown.
